We've made good progress over the past few months setting a foundation for a sustainable, homegrown, open-learning program for Drupal.

This is the proposal we're putting forth to get the program off the ground. The goal is not only to address some of the technical issues, but provide a comprehensive plan to create a sustainable program. It's been proven that building a website and/or creating a program does not guarantee success (think of the initial Drupal Dojo/Learning Resource Center or even the GHOP/DROP group, therefore it's important to resolve these issues as we build out the websites.
