The 'Case Tracker' will capture as many of the tasks as possible so that we can later document the steps required, discussion regarding those steps and link to resources and materials utilized to complete this project.
Wire Diagrams will be completed using Cacoo.com and linked here.

A development sandbox will be maintained on WebEnabled.com also linked here (soon). About Drupal Kata Development Environments
All of these works should remain open to the public, however, specific permission will be required to edit these materials.
The tools and work flow to be used for this project are not set in stone; we are simply starting with those currently in use or under consideration by the Drupal Dojo for other Drupal Learning Projects. We hope to gather suggestions for improving and expanding these tools and procedures as we work through the project. Hi Tom,
I finely found where to add an attachment thanks to Eric and adding how to add the attachment. The attachment is notes from the SGS website committee. It was pretty much what we had talked about over the phone.
Hope this will help with what SGS would like on their website.

Thanks, Annette, and thank you for reviewing it with me. This document seems concerned mainly with the navigation and doesn't treat functionality or displays.
Per our discussion, we should outline more of the functionality they are looking for and prioritize it. For example, adding a calendar system, various content types and corresponding views, blocks, e-commerce details, etc.
We also need advice on the viability of a custom content type for your library titles, which would have 10's of thousands of nodes. Importing it is no problem, but how will it affect the site's performance?
You may find it helpful to put the document into outline form.
