Membership requirements:
-- How to determine if user is a member? Need a way to validate users as members.

-- Who does admin and who does content updates?
-- What kind of support is needed for SGS interest groups
-- How much band width needed for 15 user barn raising?

Develop work plan for barn raising: Team
-- Define what can be accomplished in one day: Team
-- Determine which requirements are needed for the one day barn raising to deliver a functional web site
--- Provide roadmap for additional requirements beyond first barn raising day.
Schedule space for barn raising in advance for Mid-June - 30 ppl space/15 on network (2)
